Delivery Coordinator

Job Overview As a Delivery Coordinator, you’ll keep Deliveries & Installations moving by coordinating dispatch, transportation, and communication across customers, drivers, and internal teams. You’ll use logistics tools and accurate records to support reliable delivery and responsive customer service. Your impact: Clear dispatch coordination helps customers receive freight as planned and gives operations teams the information they need to respond quickly. Duties Route & Schedule effectI’ve delivery routes for our installation crews. Communicate with leads On weekly delivery routes. Manage phone calls on multi-line systems with professional phone etiquette; provide customer service and maintain clear internal communication. Enter and update order & delivery data in transportation management systems, & Microsoft Office tools. Review delivery information, resolve routine issues, and maintain organized, accurate records. Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, analysis, typing, and phone communication skills; able to manage competing priorities accurately. Experience in logistics, dispatching, road transportation operations, transportation management, or fleet management is helpful. Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred; GIS or GPS experience is a plus. Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Livingston, TN 38570
