Delivery Carrier Owner-Operator / Appliance Delivery Contractor

Opportunity Overview: We are seeking established delivery businesses and motivated new owner-operators who are ready to grow their companies while supporting last-mile delivery operations throughout the Orlando and Central Florida market. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced carrier owners with existing delivery teams and fleets and newer operators who have the resources, leadership ability, and commitment to build and expand their delivery business. Successful carrier partners should be prepared to: Build, manage, and develop high-performing teams of delivery drivers and appliance installation technicians. Operate 26-foot box trucks suitable for major-appliance delivery Maintain reliable daily truck and team availability Add trucks and delivery teams as their business grows Meet and maintain all applicable RXO onboarding and compliance requirements Deliver strong results in customer service, safety, on-time performance, delivery completion, and appliance installation Build a dependable operation capable of supporting increased route capacity and future growth opportunities What We're Looking For: We are interested in established delivery companies as well as motivated new owner-operators who are committed to building and growing a successful last-mile delivery business. Ideal carrier partners should have: Experience in last-mile delivery, appliance delivery, transportation, logistics, or similar operations Experience managing or the ability to build and lead teams of drivers and helpers Access to 26-foot box trucks, with the ability to add additional trucks as the business grows A strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to increase capacity when additional opportunities become available The ability to recruit, develop, and retain dependable drivers and helpers Strong customer-service and communication skills The ability to safely perform appliance delivery and installation services Strong attendance, route-completion, and on-time performance expectations Proper business documentation, insurance, licensing, and required credentials The ability to successfully complete and maintain all applicable RXO compliance and onboarding requirements Whether you're an established delivery company looking to expand or a new owner-operator ready to build your business, we're looking for motivated partners who want to grow their fleet, develop strong delivery teams, and increase capacity as new opportunities become available.
