Delivery Assurance Inspector/Dispatcher

Global HD is looking for a Delivery Assurance Inspector/Dispatcher to join our team in Lancaster, PA Below is a brief description of some of the duties this position requires: Stages client Printed Advertising Packages according to the Dispatch Checklist. Assists and supports the DM with pre-delivery and post-delivery tasks and analysis in order to ensure the accurate delivery of Printed Advertising Packages by the IC's. Ensure product security during the staging and dispatching process Ability to conduct field audits to ensure delivery is completed per client requirements Qualifications are: Working vehicle for area auditing Smart Phone Laptop Computer Literate -- Excel, Word, and Outlook competency Is organized, takes initiative, and pays attention to detail Good written and communication skills, and is able to interact effectively and professionally Able to work independently with minimal direction, and able to work within a team environment Flexible Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday Part Time 24-29 Hours Global Ad Distribution boasts the publishing industry's most successful and qualified TMC, alternate delivery and daily home delivery experts.
