Delivery Associate ( Delivery Helper)

This is a Delivery Associate (Helper) position with Zoo Kiss Logistics (the “Company”) delivering packages for a national technology company! We are looking for reliable Delivery Helpers to assist our drivers with delivering packages to customers. You will start and end your day at the same location. As a helper you will stay active, work with a driver, and be part of a motivated team. We operate out of a Delivery Station in Avenel, NJ . We offer full & part-time positions. We are looking for enthusiastic team players who desire to grow with the Company Military veterans are welcome! Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. 4 day work week (40 hours) is typical Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid form of ID Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Must be able to maneuver boxes weighing up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation NO DRIVING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Duties & Responsibilities Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Follow all local & state laws and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and to communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!!
