Delivery Associate

Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles as well as adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Load and unload packages using heavy lifting techniques, pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual methods to ensure secure transport Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules Deliver packages directly to customers’ homes or businesses with professionalism and a friendly attitude Verify recipient information, obtain signatures when required, and handle any delivery exceptions or issues promptly Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and route logs for accountability and reporting purposes Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving goods within storage areas, or preparing shipments for dispatch Skills Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services with a strong focus on route driving efficiency Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and resolve concerns effectively Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, heavy lifting, moving items, and operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles with automatic transmission is preferred Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly while maintaining proper safety techniques Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries accurately and efficiently Join us as a Delivery Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
