Delivery / Warehouse Associate Position: Delivery / Warehouse Associate Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Kitchener, ON About the Role We are looking for a reliable Delivery / Warehouse Associate to join our team at an established local exercise equipment store. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with local delivery and installation of fitness equipment for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently as well as as part of a team. Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and unload exercise and fitness equipment Deliver equipment to residential and commercial customers Assist with the assembly and installation of fitness equipment Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries Pick, pack, organize, and receive inventory in the warehouse Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Inspect equipment for damage before and after delivery Assist with moving and positioning heavy equipment Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly Perform other warehouse and delivery duties as required Qualifications Previous delivery, warehouse, moving, or customer service experience is an asset Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional and friendly manner with customers Comfortable using basic hand tools and following assembly instructions Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Must be comfortable working flexible hours as required Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. The successful candidate must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and maneuver heavy fitness equipment, including treadmills, weight machines, benches, and other large items.
