Dedicated Regional CDL-A Driver | Home Every Weekend

At a glance Pay: $1,800–$2,000/week average, with a $1,500 weekly minimum , even on slow weeks Home time: 3–4 nights out, home every weekend Truck provided: Automatic Kenworth T680, all truck expenses covered Duties All loads originate out of our Sparks, NV dock and we deliver to the 11 western states, mostly CA, AZ and WA (round trip mileage) About 2,800 miles/week 4–5 stops per trip, a few pallets per stop, loads under 10,000 lbs total 100% temperature-controlled pharmaceutical freight Regular Southern California deliveries Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with FMCSA regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and inspection reports in accordance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate route plans, delivery times, and any unforeseen issues.
