Dedicated Reefer CDL-A Driver - Shafter, CA

We are hiring a Dedicated CDL-A Driver based at the Shafter, California Distribution Center. Drivers operate dedicated routes within California and Nevada, averaging approximately 1,700 miles per week on no-touch freight. Loads include single-stop drop-and-hook deliveries and may include 1 - 5 stops, with backhauls returning to the Distribution Center. Drivers operate sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van or reefer trailers. This position offers a weekly 34-hour reset, with typical off time of 34 - 48 hours per week and the possibility of returning home mid-week. Average weekly pay is $1,200, with top weekly pay of $1,600.
