Guaranteed Weekly Pay – Per Driver Your weekly compensation is based on your verified CDL-A and tractor-trailer/OTR experience. 6 Months to 1 Year of Experience $1,500 guaranteed per week $78,000 annualized base compensation Up to approximately $89,700 annually with the maximum 15% performance bonus 1+ Year of Experience $1,750 guaranteed per week $91,000 annualized base compensation Up to approximately $104,650 annually with the maximum 15% performance bonus 1.5+ Years of Experience $2,000 guaranteed per week $104,000 annualized base compensation Up to approximately $119,600 annually with the maximum 15% performance bonus Annualized figures assume 52 weeks of employment. Performance bonuses are additional, are not guaranteed, and depend on applicable performance criteria. Compensation tiers are subject to verification of qualifying experience and the company's pay policy. Retention Bonuses $1,000 after your first 30 days of employment. $3,000 after 12 months of continuous employment. Performance Bonus Earn up to an additional 15% of annual compensation based on established safety, on-time service, and productivity metrics. Top-performing drivers in the highest compensation tier can earn approximately $119,600 annually, including the maximum performance bonus, before any applicable retention or referral bonuses. Driver Referral Program Additional bonuses are available for referring qualified drivers and driving teams. Referral bonus amounts and eligibility details are provided during onboarding.
