Position Overview We are currently contracting dependable, professional 1099 Medical Delivery Drivers for dedicated, recurring weekday afternoon routes originating in Round Rock and surrounding communities. Unlike unpredictable rideshare or food delivery apps, this role provides consistent, scheduled Monday-through-Friday afternoon routes with dedicated stops, guaranteed daily route safety floors, and professional healthcare cargo (sealed patient medications and pharmacy compounds). Key Schedule & Route Details Schedule: Monday through Friday afternoons (No weekend requirements). Daily Intake Window: Arrive at partner pharmacy facility in Round Rock between 2:45 PM and 3:00 PM for route manifest intake and vehicle loading (with the option to arrive earlier depending on daily volume requirements). Route Duration & Stop Count: Initial routes typically comprise 20 to 25 clustered delivery stops and take approximately 3 to 3.5 hours to complete. Volume Growth & Earning Upside: Drivers who demonstrate consistent punctuality, careful handling, accurate delivery, and reliable execution will have immediate opportunities to take on expanded stop volume and midday sweeps to increase daily earnings. Curfew: All deliveries conclude comfortably before 7:30 PM (well ahead of the mandatory 8:30 PM patient cutoff). Territory: Deliveries originate in Round Rock and extend across the Greater Austin metropolitan area (Williamson, Travis, and surrounding counties). Routes are sequenced logically to maximize drive-time efficiency. Start Date: Mandatory paid 30-minute onboarding orientation on Sunday, November 8, 2026. Paid on-site launch walkthrough and route dispatch begins Monday, November 9, 2026. Compensation & Settlement Competitive Per-Stop Piece Rate: Earn per completed delivery drop with built-in volume incentives. Guaranteed Route Floor: $50.00 daily minimum route guarantee to protect your earnings on unusually light days. Typical Daily Earnings: $80.00 to $90.00+ per afternoon route (20–25 stops completed in ~3 to 3.5 hours). Average Effective Earnings: $22.00 to $26.00+ per active driving hour. Primary Responsibilities Punctually arrive at our Round Rock dispensing facility by 2:45 PM for route manifest pickup, digital custody scanning, and cold-chain staging. Safely transport sealed patient medication packages and ambient/refrigerated compounds to residential consignees, clinics, and care facilities. Maintain unbroken cold-chain compliance utilizing company-provided temperature containment and telemetry data-logging systems. Secure accurate Electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) via our mobile dispatch app at every stop, capturing clear drop-off photos, GPS timestamps, and recipient signatures when designated.
