We are actively recruiting a team of 4 drivers (3 primary route drivers and 1 dedicated backup driver) to ensure seamless 5 to 6-day weekly coverage. This is a consistent, steady route opportunity ideal for dependable courier drivers looking for predictable daily volume and competitive pay. Compensation & Route Overview Pay Rate: $170.00 per completed route Dispatch Location: Howell, NJ Schedule: 5–6 days per week (rotational schedule with built-in backup coverage) Shift Start: Typically between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM Route Duration: Approximately 6–8 hours per day (up to a 10-hour service window depending on daily package density) Route Type: Local neighborhood parcel & courier deliveries Requirements & Qualifications Vehicle: Must own, lease, or operate a Cargo Van in excellent working condition. (Personal vehicles or sedans are not eligible for this lane). Insurance: Must maintain commercial auto insurance or a delivery-for-hire policy. Driver Expenses: Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle operating costs (fuel, tolls, standard maintenance). Availability: Flexible availability across a 5–6 day weekly schedule, including willingness to serve as primary coverage or backup support. Licensing: Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
