Titan Transit Group is expanding its final-mile logistics operations in the following Louisiana areas: New Orleans, LA Harahan, LA Cut Off, LA Gonzales, LA Covington, LA Amite City, LA Baton Rouge, LA Port Allen, LA Carencro, LA Crowley, LA We are actively contracting dependable, motivated 1099 Independent Delivery Drivers for dedicated local delivery routes servicing Walmart retail fulfillment. Packages are brought out directly to your vehicle at the store hub. You scan, load, and deliver customer orders along optimized, local routes. Whether you are an established owner-operator looking to maximize your van's daily earnings or a seasoned delivery professional looking to utilize our fleet equipment, we have consistent lanes ready for you. Transparent Daily Pay Structure You are paid a flat daily rate per completed route—work efficiently, control your tempo, and get paid: $200 / Day ($1,000 – $1,400/Week): For Owner-Operators providing their own cargo van or high-roof Sprinter van. (Contractor covers fuel, vehicle maintenance, and operating commercial insurance). $150 / Day ($750 – $1,050/Week): For contractors driving a Titan Transit Group company-provided cargo van . Contractor Responsibilities Arrive at the designated Walmart store hub on time for scheduled loadout. Safely inspect, scan, and stage customer packages into your cargo van using a delivery smartphone app. Execute efficient residential and commercial deliveries along assigned routes while observing safety protocols. Obtain clear photo proof of delivery (POD) and customer signatures when required. Maintain clear, proactive communication with dispatch regarding ETAs, route milestones, or access issues. Handle customer orders carefully, ensuring safe delivery up to the front entrance. Qualifications & Requirements Age: Must be at least 21 years old. Licensing: Valid standard U.S. Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Background: Must be able to pass a standard criminal background screening and motor vehicle record check. Device: Reliable smartphone (iOS or Android) with an active data plan capable of running GPS routing and dispatching apps. Physical Capability: Ability to repeatedly move in and out of a cargo van and comfortably lift packages up to 50 lbs. Owner-Operators (for $200/Day tier): Must provide an active, well-maintained Cargo Van, Sprinter Van, or Transit Van (standard roof or high roof, white or neutral colors preferred) with current registration and valid commercial auto insurance.
