Sewell Family of CompaniesDealer Trade Manager – Sewell Ford Lincoln The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Ford Dealer Trade Manager who has extensive knowledge of Ford vehicles, inventory management, and dealer trade operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, knowledgeable about Ford vehicles, and capable of independently managing dealer relationships and trade opportunities with minimal supervision. Job Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of the Ford dealer trade process, from identifying inventory needs to negotiating and coordinating vehicle exchanges. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Ford dealerships nationwide to facilitate dealer trades. Locate and secure vehicles that meet specific inventory requirements and customer requests. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ford's vehicle lineup, particularly F-Series trucks. Understand Ford truck configurations, and their ordering codes. Navigate Ford's inventory, ordering, and vehicle tracking systems efficiently. Negotiate dealer trades while protecting dealership profitability. Coordinate vehicle transportation and ensure timely delivery. Proactively identify inventory opportunities and resolve dealer trade challenges without requiring constant direction. Communicate effectively with dealership leadership and sales teams regarding inventory availability and trade status. Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take initiative without extensive training or supervision. Schedule: Full-Time, local or remote opportunities available Skills & Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent 1-year related experience Ford knowledge Strong data entry skills Completion of drug screening and background screening Provide all government I-9 requirements Qualifications: To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements.
