Backed by Lithia & Driveway with 300+ dealerships nationwide A high-performance culture that rewards execution and accountability Real opportunity to earn at the top of the pay scale Strong leadership, modern facility, and a professional, results-driven environment Career growth across 30+ brands in 25 states What You'll Do: Safely transport vehicles between dealerships, customers, or auctions Cross reference dealer invoices and paperwork with vehicle information (VINs, stock numbers, etc.) to ensure inventory accuracy Complete pre-trade inspection to monitor vehicle condition and cleanliness, ensuring vehicle contains all necessary accessories, reference guides, keys, wheel locks etc. Document all dealer trades using dealership software What You’ll Bring: 2 years in a previous customer-facing role, dealership experience preferred Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, and drive both manual and automatic transmissions Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The hourly wage for this position is $18.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
