What You Bring A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Strong time-management skills and a commitment to punctuality Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations Good communication and customer service skills A reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude The ability to follow directions and work independently Previous driving experience preferred, but not required Why You’ll Love Working Here Flexible schedule Monday–Friday availability Typically called at least one day in advance An opportunity to earn extra income with a flexible commitment A welcoming, family-owned dealership culture A supportive team environment A great opportunity to work in the automotive industry without prior dealership experience What You’ll Do Safely transport new and used vehicles between dealerships and designated locations Drive both locally and long distances to deliver and pick up vehicles Deliver and pick up parts, supplies, and documents as needed Follow assigned routes and meet delivery and pickup deadlines Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure safe operating conditions Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicles Report maintenance needs, accidents, delays, or other issues promptly Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, deliveries, and vehicle inspections Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and applicable safety regulations Provide courteous and professional service to dealership staff, customers, and business partners Communicate effectively with the Commercial Fleet Department regarding assignments and scheduling Working Conditions Flexible hours based on dealership needs Typically notified at least one day in advance of scheduled assignments Local and long-distance travel, depending on dealership needs Ability to sit and drive for extended periods Ability to assist with lifting or moving items when required Commitment to safe driving practices and workplace safety requirements About Hiller Ford For nearly 70 years, Hiller Ford has proudly served Southeast Wisconsin as a trusted, family-run dealership.
