Rate of Pay Starting at $23.75 Available Shifts Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday Sunday-Wednesday Shifts start at 8am The DC Warehouse Lead is responsible for coordinating and supporting day-to-day activities within an assigned distribution center functional area to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with established operational standards. The Lead serves as a primary operational resource for frontline Team Members during the shift, providing direction on workflow, assisting with problem resolution, reinforcing safety and quality expectations, and communicating operational priorities. The Warehouse Lead does not have direct supervisory responsibility but plays a critical role in supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with frontline execution, team coordination, training, and continuous improvement. The Lead is expected to lead by example, serve as a subject matter resource for assigned processes and systems, and escalate operational, safety, quality, inventory, or team-related concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor as appropriate. This position operates across ambient, refrigerated, and frozen environments and may support inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, storage, order fulfillment, cross-dock operations, inventory management, or shipping execution based on business needs and shift assignment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate daily workflow and operational priorities within the assigned functional area in alignment with direction from the Warehouse Supervisor. • Monitor work progress, workload distribution, and operational flow to help ensure daily plans and service expectations are achieved. • Provide day-to-day operational direction and guidance to Team Members regarding work assignments, processes, procedures, and priorities. • Ensure standard operating procedures and established work methods are consistently followed. • Monitor receiving, storage, selection, replenishment, staging, pallet construction, loading, shipping, or other assigned warehouse activities for accuracy, quality, safety, and productivity. • Support timely, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise, supplies, and equipment throughout the assigned area. • Verify inventory, pallet identification, product location, quantity, and other operational information as required. • Identify operational issues, inventory discrepancies, equipment concerns, service interruptions, and process exceptions; resol…
