DC Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift
ConfidentialDescription: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Maintains DC warehouse and transports finished goods and materials from area to area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate forklift machine in proper manner as required by OSHA regulations and company policies and training. Transport finished goods and materials from shuttle trailers to specific locations in a timely manner to ensure that production keeps moving. Remove finished goods from specific locations to the staging area of the Distribution Center to ensure goods are rotated correctly. Wrap skids of finished product so that products are not damaged in shipping. Responsible for monitoring, record keeping, and taking appropriate action for specified Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan, and prerequisite program requirements. Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues to management. Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required. Must complete and pass company forklift training. Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, twist, and pull.
