Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming mail pallets, loose parcels, and bulk cargo containers for visible damage before officially accepting custody
• Input detailed receiving logs, shipment weight data, and arrival timestamps directly into our centralized digital supply chain database
• Generate routing labels and internal tracking barcodes for newly accepted cargo to guide downstream sortation teams
• Cross reference physical item barcodes against digital transport notifications to immediately report and escalate any tracking variances

Requirements and Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand for long durations and safely lift or move heavy postal items weighing up to seventy pounds
• Strong clerical proficiency, comfortable working with digital tracking interfaces, databases, and numeric coding systems
