Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel What you´ll do Assist with order consolidation, shipment completion, and required paperwork to meet requested shipping dates. Assist with packing activities to maximize labor efficiency and operational effectiveness. Assist with training personnel on sealer equipment and packing processes. Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in all tasks. Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain open communication to resolve errors quickly. Support Amazon order coordination, including printing shipping labels, ASN label printing, verification, and on-time order processing, meeting daily goals Perform all other tasks as assigned. What makes you a good fit High School/GED strongly preferred, or 6+ months relevant experience required. Ability to learn to operate a forklift. Hours: 7:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday Strong computer skills are required, and experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred. Ability/desire to collect and analyze data in support of project related activities. Excellent communication skills a must. Related shipping and packing experience with leadership skills preferred. The position is in the Distribution Center and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 70 pounds. No restrictions for reaching, bending, stooping or lifting. The hourly pay range for this role is $18.25 and $21.00 . This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
