They will coordinate and work alongside leadership, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance and Vendor Compliance to achieve timely receipts and efficiently move freight through the Distribution Center to our stores. Assist in creating and managing tickets to help identify and resolve problems. Monitor dock to dock purchase orders as they transition through the DC. Assists in inventory control levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system. Identify and or track damaged or lost freight. Assist the Vendor Compliance, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance and leadership team with various tasks and responsibilities. Assist in shipping route trucks and updating the outbound load list. May be required to cross train and perform other duties. Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications: PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS Strong warehouse management system (WMS) knowledge. Proven proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access. Excellent time management, organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling and problem-solving acumen are all critical. Outstanding interpersonal skills a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to communicate effectively with Area Leads and other departments. Proactive attitude, self-starter, detailed-oriented, and team player. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
