Day Shift Dispatch Video Monitoring

Overview We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Day Shift Dispatch Video Monitoring Specialist. This role involves overseeing surveillance footage to ensure safety, security, and operational efficiency across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement or surveillance, with a keen eye for detail and strong observational skills. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a secure environment while working during daytime hours in a dynamic setting. Major Responsibilities : Monitor cameras for any suspicious activity Type multiple daily reports and submit them to clients and Managers Conduct safety calls for Apex employees and third parties Dispatch alarms promptly Answer the phone and filter the information to the right person Conduct other administrative tasks as assigned by Management The Right Candidate Would Possess: The ability to stay calm under pressure The ability to multitask and meet deadlines The ability to type 60 WPM The ability to work both in a team environment and independently The ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally Strong organization skills and attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel Experience with a two-way radio and 10-codes an asset Must be willing to work Holidays and weekends, 4 days on 4 days off, 12 hours per day Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance Vision care Experience: Dispatch/ Video monitoring: 1 year (preferred) Language: English Fluently (preferred) Work Location: In person Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Company events Dental care Employee assistance program Life insurance Experience: Dispatch: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
