Zellerfeld Shoe CompanyYour mission As a Shipping Coordinator , you'll be the final checkpoint before our products reach customers around the world. You'll ensure every order is packed accurately, meets our quality standards, and is shipped on time. Your attention to detail helps deliver an exceptional customer experience while keeping our shipping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety, quality, and shipping procedures throughout the packing process. Receive finished products from production and verify they meet quality standards before shipment. Prepare customer orders by labeling, wrapping, boxing, and packaging products according to established SOPs. Generate customer cards, designer labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation using company systems (CloudUI, SendCloud). Verify each shipment contains the correct products, sizes, accessories (such as socks or inserts), and documentation. Apply domestic and international shipping labels and customs documentation accurately. Organize completed shipments for daily carrier pickups and ensure packages are routed correctly. Maintain shipping supplies and notify the Team Lead when inventory needs replenishment. Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and audit-ready. Investigate and report shipping discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory issues. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve shipping accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What you'll do Pack customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care. Perform final quality checks before products leave the facility. Use shipping software to create labels and process shipments. Coordinate with Production, Finishing, and Customer Experience teams to resolve order issues. Meet daily shipping targets while maintaining high quality standards. Help ensure every customer receives the right product, in perfect condition, and on time. Your profile Required: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Available to work one of the following 12-hour shifts: B Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday. C Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday. D Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday. Schedules alternate between three-day and four-day workweeks. Night shifts begin on the listed day and end the following morning. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Comfortable following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Basic computer skills; experience with shipping software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems is a plus. Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or production experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting/moving packages throughout the shift. Based in Austin or the surrounding area. Why us?
