Key Responsibilities
• Data Analysis and Metrics Tracking
• Analyze daily validation operations data and track fleet utilization, resource availability, and testing fulfillment metrics.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and operational bottlenecks.
• Develop reports, dashboards, pivot tables, and performance summaries for operational leadership.
• AI-Assisted Workflow Optimization
• Leverage AI tools and LLM-based assistants to streamline reporting, documentation, and operational communications.
• Use AI to analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize daily processes and improve operational productivity.
• Depot Operations and Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with site operations leads, supervisors, testing teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Support operational readiness and smooth handovers across vehicle depots and testing locations.
• Provide on-site operational support to ensure resources are efficiently utilized and validation targets are met.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations support, data analysis, operational coordination, or technical operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience manipulating and interpreting operational data.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheet formulas, pivot tables, reporting templates, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools, LLMs, or AI assistants to analyze data, draft documentation, automate repetitive tasks, or improve workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in G- Workspace, particularly G-Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–30% and work on-site at operational vehicle depots as required.
• Familiarity with SQL and querying operational datasets.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, or high-tech testing environments.
• Experience with operational reporting, workflow automation, and continuous process improvement.
