Data Operations Associate
Pet Food Solutions LLCPet Food Solutions LLC is seeking a Data Operations Associate to support daily plant operations through accurate SAP data entry, inventory tracking, laboratory support, and administrative tasks. This position works closely with production operators, laboratory staff, and management to maintain accurate records, support efficient workflows, and ensure effective communication. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & SAP Data Entry Enter raw materials, finished goods, and shipment data into SAP. Track material transfers and maintain daily inventory documentation. Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting. Maintain spreadsheets, including open purchase orders and raw material bills of lading. Operations & Administrative Support Compile operational logs and notes for communication between production shifts. Organize and maintain daily office trailer operations. Track, order, and pick up plant and office supplies from local vendors. Perform routine lab testing and maintain lab supply and chemical inventories. Submit lab samples as requested. Communication & Compliance Assist with customer documentation, approvals, and order status requests. Participate in mock recalls and compliance audits. Maintain physical and digital records according to company retention policies. Participate in safety programs, behavioral-based safety initiatives, and training. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Assist with special projects, company events, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Valid driver's license for local supply pickups. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Proficiency with computers and software systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and take ownership of responsibilities. Dependable, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred: Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or maintenance ticketing software. Administrative or clerical experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment. Familiarity with supply chain logistics, inventory tracking, or basic laboratory and production workflows. Physical Demands & Work Environment Primarily office-based, with occasional outdoor exposure when traveling between the office, laboratory, and production plant floor. May involve walking through an active industrial facility, bending, and lifting supplies weighing up to 25–30 pounds. Facility operates on a 24/5 schedule.
