Data Entry Receiving and Shipping

Position Summary The Data Entry Receiving & Shipping Specialist is responsible for processing shipping and receiving information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate shipping and receiving data. Verify shipment information and track incoming and outgoing orders. Maintain organized records and documentation. Assist with inventory tracking and discrepancy resolution. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipping issues. Support daily logistics and warehouse operations. Follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Previous data entry, shipping, or receiving experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in data entry, logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse administration preferred. English language proficiency required (spoken and written).
