• Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management

• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
• Oversee and perform server rack placement on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices
• Oversee and perform electronic component population and cabling installation in server racks following diagrams and schematics
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
• Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
• Perform and oversee cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards
• Delegate and coach team members
• Interact with customers and onsite stakeholders to meet production goals accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Experience with computers
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must pass required federal/state/local government, airport, or company background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests
• Ability to push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to work flexibly and cross-train in multiple datacenter departments
