Position Description Summary: Responsible for providing shipping and receiving needs for the department and purchasing items for the maintenance department. This includes ordering of stock and non-stock items, processing of routine forms, reports and documents in accordance with policy. Principal Accountabilities: (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations. )Communicate with co-workers, subordinates, and those of higher authority Excellent radio and phone skills etiquette. Ship and receive all supplies and parts Purchase maintenance parts and supplies. Distribute parts and packages to appropriate persons or department. Maintain cleanliness of parts department and parts storage bins and lockers Maintain purchase order and inventory records.The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.Working Environment:.
