The Supply Management organization plays a critical role in supporting this mission by ensuring the effective sourcing, delivery, and supplier management of the goods and services the Red Cross depends on every day. The Data Analyst I, Business Intelligence supports this work by collecting, organizing, analyzing and visualizing data to help Supply Management understand performance, identify trends and opportunies, and make better-informed decisions. Working with Supply Management leaders, category teams, business stakeholders and cross-functional partners, this position helps translate business questions into meaningful analysis, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Reporting to the Director of Supply Management Analytics, the Data Analyst I works to strengthen the organization’s use of data and business intelligence. The Analyst supports recurring and ad hoc reporting, develops and maintains dashboards and performance metrics, performs data validation and analysis, and helps turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership. This is an opportunity for an early-career analyst to develop technical and business intelligence capabilities while gaining exposure to procurement, suppliers, contracts, financial performance, operations, and enterprise decision-making. The successful candidate will bring curiosity, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an interest in understanding not simply what the data says, but what it means for business and the mission. The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States. The Data Analyst I, Business Intelligence provides analytical, reporting, and business intelligence support to the Supply Management organization.
