Essential Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all day-to-day operations, logistics and material needs. Aircraft Flight Following / Scheduling (using Trackit Energy) Manage and oversee the daily expediting of materials. Ensure compliance with all corporate, state and federal regulations and laws. Interface with logistics from the different North Slope Asset Teams. Source, purchase, and manage material requirements for Hilcorp facilities. Ensure proper cost codes, AFEs and Work Orders are applied to track all logistics and material costs. Adheres to the company's values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation. Supports company vision and mission. Adheres to established work schedule (two weeks on and two weeks off), attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings. Assist with loading and unloading aircraft – passengers and cargo Assist with Passenger suits, weighing, briefings. Coordinate facility upkeep with lease owner (Deadhorse FBO) Operate and help maintain our fuel truck and records. Other Job Responsibilities: Ability to be available 24 hours per day while on rotation (on call for emergencies, etc.). Requirements: Qualifications: Experience in logistics and/or material management or a related field. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public. Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Must be a highly motivated individual, team player, with good problem-solving skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience in flight operations desired. Education Requirements: Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, with two (2) years college coursework preferred. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Forklift CFR 49 Hazmat Certificate CDL – Tanker, Hazmat endorsement
