What You'll Do
• Lead or support full-cycle BC finance implementations from requirements gathering through to post go-live support
• Configure and deploy core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Budgets
• Conduct discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis and requirements documentation with client stakeholders
• Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems into Business Central
• Develop and deliver end-user training, SOPs and functional documentation
• Lead UAT planning, test script development and cutover activities
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
What We're Looking For
• 5-7+ years of hands-on Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementation experience with a strong finance module focus
• Full life-cycle implementation experience across multiple client engagements
• Strong client-facing communication skills - comfortable presenting to C-suite and non-technical audiences
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business requirements into BC solutions
• Willingness to travel to client and partner office locations when required
• US-based, EST or CST time zone preferred

• MB-800 Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution or warehouse configurations
• Hands-on experience with ISVs including Power BI, eOne Popdock/SmartConnect, Binary Stream, Insight Works, Continia or Avalara
