Cycle Counter – $18/hr | 1st Shift Novi, MI

Location: Novi, MI Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM Looking for a steady Monday–Friday warehouse/inventory position with consistent daytime hours? We’re hiring a Cycle Counter in Novi, MI to help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This is a great opportunity for someone with previous cycle counting, inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing experience who is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. What You’ll Do Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks Monitor inventory and help maintain accurate material counts Complete inventory audits and reconciliations Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Track and document damaged or non-conforming materials Work with the Materials/Logistics team to resolve inventory issues Maintain accurate inventory records What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of cycle counting or production inventory experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable counting and tracking large quantities of material Basic math and Microsoft Office skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
