Cycle Count Specialist:
This role supports warehouse accuracy by inspecting and counting products, verifying shipment details, researching inventory issues, and helping maintain efficient operations. The position ensures products meet customer requirements while supporting safe and organized warehouse processes.
• Accurately check and count products for inbound and outbound shipments while confirming items are free from damage or infestation and production code dates are recorded.
• Verify that order quantities, quality, labeling, and addressing meet customer specifications and requirements.
• Research inventory location issues, including unidentified pallets and inventory discrepancies.
• Investigate shipping errors and complete validation activities, including product recall checks.
• Assist with additional lift operator-related tasks, including inbound activities, picking, outbound processes, and other warehouse functions.
• Perform additional assigned duties to support efficient warehouse operations.
Required Skills and Experience of Cycle Count Specialist:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
