Who we need Reporting to the Senior VP, North American Finance, we are hiring a Customs & Trade Compliance Analyst . to support compliant, accurate, and efficient import and export activity across our North American and global shipment lanes. As our new Customs Specialist, you will own the processes that ensure our products move across borders accurately and efficiently, in compliance with customs requirements. Your initial priority will be strengthening our Canada-U.S. customs processes, particularly shipments from Canada into the U.S., with the scope expanding to inbound shipments from China, cross-border activity involving Mexico, and other global markets. You will apply your customs expertise to understand Array’s products, determine the appropriate classifications and documentation, and establish consistent processes for HS codes, commercial invoices, audits, duty drawback, and broker management. Working closely with customs brokers, our Shipping and Logistics teams, Finance, Operations, and other internal partners, you will help ensure shipments move efficiently across borders while meeting evolving customs, trade, and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time role based at our 45 Progress Ave Scarborough facility. You will initially work in a hybrid model, spending regular time in the office as you learn our products and processes and build relationships with our Shipping and Logistics teams. As you become established in the role, onsite attendance will shift to an as-needed basis. What’s in it for you Ownership and autonomy. Your initial focus will be on strengthening Canada-U.S. customs activity, particularly exports from Canada into the U.S. From there, your scope will expand to imports from China into Canada and the U.S., trade involving Mexico, and potentially shipments into Europe and other international markets.
