Customs Supervisor

Customs Supervisor Atlanta, Georgia $85,000 + Bonus We are recruiting an experienced Customs Supervisor for a leading global freight forwarder. This role will oversee customs brokerage operations, lead a team of specialists and ensure the accurate, timely and compliant clearance of import and export shipments. Responsibilities Lead, train and develop a team of customs specialists Oversee customs entries, clearances and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with US customs regulations and procedures Monitor workloads, service levels and operational deadlines Conduct audits and implement corrective actions Resolve customer queries and customs-related issues Requirements Five-plus years’ customs brokerage or customs operations experience At least two years’ supervisory or team-lead experience Strong knowledge of US import and export regulations Experience processing entries and working with customs documentation Familiarity with ACE and customs brokerage systems Package $85,000 base salary Quarterly Bonus Medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage 401(k) with company contributions Life and disability insurance Paid vacation, holidays and additional employee benefits Career development within a global logistics organization
