Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot day-to-day customs operations
• Maintain customs records and documentation
• Manage broker invoices and customs payments
• Analyze broker KPI reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant customs experience
• CCS certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
