Job Overview BHEVS & DKT Inc. is seeking a Customs & Logistics Specialist to join our Finance & Administration team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Coordinate import and export customs clearance activities with customs brokers and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate Arrange and monitor transportation of raw materials, components, production supplies, and manufacturing equipment Track shipment status, vessel and flight schedules, customs release, and final delivery to support production timelines Coordinate delivery schedules with SCM, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and other internal departments Review freight, customs brokerage, duties, tariffs, storage, and demurrage charges; identify opportunities to reduce total landed costs Review tariff classifications (HTS codes), country-of-origin information, and import documents Identify and coordinate eligible duty refund, duty drawback, and customs duty correction opportunities Maintain organized records of commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, entry summaries, and certificates of origin Monitor customs and trade compliance requirements and escalate discrepancies or shipment holds Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in import/export, customs clearance, international logistics, or supply chain operations Working knowledge of U.S. import procedures, customs documentation, tariffs, and HTS classification Experience coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Korean and English Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 / year Health insurance Performance bonus How to Apply Please submit your application and resume directly through Indeed.
