PG Customs BrokersAbout the Role PG Customs Brokers is seeking a Customs Entry Specialist to join our growing team in Laredo, Texas. This position is responsible for preparing, transmitting, and monitoring customs entries and related documentation for goods imported into the United States while ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. If you have customs brokerage experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Prepare and transmit ACE Cargo Release and Entry Summary transactions. Prepare and process customs documentation for import shipments. Create and manage QP In-Bond transactions and Bills of Lading. Coordinate the clearance of ocean, air, and truck shipments. Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance. Communicate with CBP, carriers, government agencies, and clients as needed. Assist with FDA, USDA, and other Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements. Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipment holds. Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure timely submission of entries. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customs brokerage or import operations experience required. Experience processing ACE Cargo Release and Entry Summary transactions. Knowledge of ocean, air, and truck import procedures. Knowledge of FDA, USDA, and PGA requirements preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
