What You'll Own :
• Prepare and file customs entries that keep goods moving — no bottlenecks, no surprises
• Detail detail detail.
• Comb through invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading with an eagle eye for accuracy
• Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) like a pro
• Navigate U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements with confidence
• Be the go-to problem-solver for clients, carriers, and government agencies when entry issues pop up
• Track shipments and keep clearance on schedule, every time
• Keep airtight records ready for any audit
• Stay ahead of ever-changing customs regulations — you're the expert in the room
What You Bring
• Sharp attention to detail and rock-solid organization
• The ability to juggle multiple shipments and deadlines without breaking a sweat
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort in Microsoft Office
Bonus Points for :
• 1–3 years in customs brokerage or a related field (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import procedures
• HTS classification and duty calculation know-how
• Experience with freight forwarders or logistics providers
• A problem-solver's mindset that thrives on untangling discrepancies
• A Customs Broker License? Even better — but not required
