Customs Entry Writer

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customs Entry Writer to prepare and file import entries. Candidates will review shipping documents, classify goods, and transmit entries through ACE. **Key Responsibilities ** Prepare and transmit entry and entry summary filings inACE using the company's brokerage software Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documents for accuracy and completeness Communicate and assist internal teams with customs requests Track entries' release and holds Maintain organized records in line with Customs recordkeeping requirements Required Qualifications Integrity and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Preferred Qualifications Experience with ocean, air, and or truck logistics Familiarity with customs entries and pga filings Associate degree or higher in international business, logistics, or a related field Knows Chinese
