CUSTOMS ENTRY DATA CLERK

Overview We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Customs Entry Data Clerk with knowledge of ACE systems to support the preparation and processing of import entries and U.S. Customs clearance. This position requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and familiarity with customs documentation and applicable government regulations. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and submit U.S. Customs entry documentation, including CBP Forms 3461 and 7501. Prepare and transmit Bills of Lading and other documentation required for customs clearance. Review import documentation for accuracy and completeness, including applicable FDA requirements. Communicate with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FDA, other government agencies, customers, and transportation carriers regarding entries and clearance. Assist callers with directions, driver check-in, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate entry records, shipment data, and related documentation. Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customs entry experience and knowledge of ACE systems required. Familiarity with CBP Forms 3461 and 7501, FDA requirements, and U.S. Customs clearance procedures. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written English communication skills. Computer proficiency and accurate data-entry skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to follow company security procedures and CTPAT requirements. Schedule Overtime may be required based on business needs. Alternating weekend work is required. Employment Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must successfully pass required background checks and drug screening. Must meet applicable CTPAT security requirements.
