• Must hold a valid U.S. Customs Broker License issued by CBP.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, and import compliance.
• Experience with customs clearance, CBP examinations, and regulatory issues.
• Familiarity with ACE, AD/CVD, PGA requirements, and customs documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customs brokerage or freight forwarding preferred.
Responsibilities
• Oversee customs clearance operations and ensure compliance with CBP regulations.
• Review customs entries and resolve customs-related issues.
• Communicate with CBP and other government agencies when necessary.
• Provide guidance on HTS classification, duties, and import regulations.
• Support the customs operations team with complex shipments and compliance matters.
