Customs Brokerage Entry Writer

Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote or On-site(Atlanta or Griffin GA locations) Job Purpose: Responsible for accurate entry and ISF data input filings to achieve timely delivery and compliance of Customs regulations Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build close relationships with all LRCB customers, federal agents, and service providers Meet entry preparation and submission requirements based on client SOP, product service level and/or country and government agency requirements Maintain and keep current all customs compliance documentation. Handle a high volume of documents Classify import items and notify Customs to determine appropriate import duties. Communicate with clients, coworkers, and supervisors in a clear, concise, and timely manner Proactively work with government agencies and customs authorities to resolve issues Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities) 2+ Years of recent experience in Customs Brokerage (required) Knowledge of Importer Security Filings PGA Knowledge Strong attention to detail Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both orally and in writing Detail oriented, organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities Ability to adapt to changing tasks and customer needs High level of customer service Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 Experience with NetChb (preferred but not required) Experience 2+ Years of recent experience in Customs Brokerage (required) Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
