Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers with accurate shipment updates and timely responses
• Prepare U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings
• Open entry files according to KPIs and service standards
• Coordinate clearance with forwarders, carriers, airlines, and CFSs
• Track inbound shipments through final delivery
Requirements:
• Six to twelve months of customs brokerage experience
• Two years in CHB or operational support preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable under pressure
• Customs House Broker License preferred, not required
