Start YOUR career with DHL today… DHL Express is looking for Customs Broker Turnover Support to join the Broker Turnover team. Customs Broker Turnover Support is responsible for reviewing shipment documentation and coordinating with brokers to ensure timely clearance, and delivery of all shipments, per customs compliance requirements. This role supports shipment processing by obtaining required information and resolving issues to prevent delays. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers to obtain required documentation for customs clearance Review invoices, airway bills, and shipment data for accuracy Verify shipment details and ensure compliance with government regulations Communicate with brokers to process and clear shipments Monitor shipment queues and follow up on pending clearances Resolve document discrepancies and missing information Assign shipments for correction when needed Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field) 1 year of customer service or logistics experience preferred Ability to review and interpret shipment documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database, and web-based applications Good oral and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills Employee Benefits & Incentives DHL benefits and incentive offerings are designed to reflect a substantial experience for both employees and their dependents during their career and life journey.
