Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customs Agent role located in Broken Arrow, OK. The Customs Agent will manage day-to-day customs brokerage activities, including preparing and submitting documentation for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and monitoring clearance status. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, delays, or questions related to shipments. The Customs Agent will respond to customer inquiries, provide updates on shipment status, and help maintain accurate records and filing systems. The position requires consistent attention to detail, timely communication, and a strong focus on service quality and regulatory accuracy. Qualifications Candidates should possess customs-related skills such as Customs Brokerage and Import Export. Candidates should possess trade and documentation skills related to Export and import processes. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal abilities, including Communication and Customer Service skills. Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade is beneficial. Familiarity with customs regulations, tariff classifications, and compliance procedures is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints. Proficiency with standard office software and data entry systems; prior experience with customs software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in customs or logistics is preferred.
