Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Training & development 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Location: Schaumburg, Illinois Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience Position Summary Uniflex of America LLC, a growing European manufacturer of machinery for the hydraulic hose assembly industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support and Warehouse Representative to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. This position combines customer order processing, inventory management, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while coordinating with customers, suppliers, Sales, and Shipping to ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and timely fulfillment. Job Responsibilities Review and process customer purchase orders, verifying pricing, quantities, and order details. Maintain accurate part listings, pricing, and warehouse locations in QuickBooks. Monitor inventory accuracy by maintaining physical and system quantities and conducting cycle counts. Monitor open supplier orders and communicate expected shipping dates to customers and the Sales team. Prepare and review pick lists for packaging and shipping customer orders, including parcel and LTL shipments. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks, unpacking shipments, and documenting received goods. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory while maximizing storage space and operational efficiency. Build, repair, and prepare wooden crates and pallets for incoming and outgoing machine shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Identify opportunities to improve order processing, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiencies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of inventory management, warehouse operations, or related experience, including inventory organization and cycle counts. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted. Hold a valid OSHA Forklift Certification Experience using power tools, including chop saws, impact drivers, and reciprocating saws. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of QuickBooks. Previous experience reviewing and processing customer purchase orders. Experience with shipping and receiving, including parcel and LTL shipments. Experience maintaining inventory records in QuickBooks or a similar ERP system. Experience building or repairing wooden shipping crates and pallets.
