About VR Expert VR Expert is a fast-growing international virtual reality and augmented reality business-to-businees reseller, with offices in New York, the Netherlands, Germany and France. We partner with businesses across industries to help them integrate cutting-edge VR/AR technology into how they work — from education, healthcare to robotics and beyond. We serve companies such as Tesla, Walmart, Amazon, Ford and Airbus. We are currently building our US market presence from the ground up, which means the people who join us now have a rare opportunity to shape the company from the start. What the Job Looks Like Day to Day VR Expert is a diverse company consisting of ambitious people from different backgrounds. The average company age is below 30 and the atmosphere is informal but our ambitions are big. You'll join our Customer Success team, responsible for onboarding clients to our VR products & packages, Installation guides, & purchasing channels. The role entails some cross-team collaboration, working closely with the Operations and the Sales teams. When a new customer joins us, you'll help them get started: explaining how their order is packaged, writing simple installation instructions, and showing them how to order through purchase orders or our dashboard. You'll sit in on onboarding calls with our sales team to see how it's done. Day to day, you'll keep orders moving by resolving anything that's missing or on hold, creating purchase orders, and checking in with suppliers so nothing slips through the cracks. Over time the role becomes more client-facing, with you joining calls alongside the sales team to solve problems and build relationships with both customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Completion of customer onboarding tasks Installation instruction drafting Customer communication Customer ordering dashboard creation Day to day stock purchasing Purchase order / Supplier chase up On hold tracking and release communications What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates are very welcome) Fluent English, written and spoken US work authorization Based in or able to commute to Brooklyn, NY You might be a recent graduate or early in your career, and that's perfectly fine. Previous experience in this field is a plus, but it's not what we're hiring for. We care more about how you work than what's on your CV. You're motivated and proactive, the kind of person who spots a problem and starts fixing it before anyone asks. You have a sharp eye for detail, because in this role a missing item or a wrong quantity matters. You like bringing order to messy processes, whether that's a spreadsheet, a checklist, or a way of tracking orders. You have a natural curiosity for technology, and are excited to learn more about VR. What we offer Salary: $55 - $60k annual salary. Time Off: 20 days PTO. Atmosphere and culture: Working in an international and dynamic team in a tech start-up. Enjoy cozy team outings and drinks to strengthen bonds with your colleagues.
