Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Korean or Chinese & English) Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our innovative SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term satisfaction. Your energetic approach will help foster strong relationships, drive customer success, and contribute to our mission of making business easier for our customers worldwide. What You'll Do Support customers using our freight forwarding software Guide customers through onboarding, training, and daily system use Quickly understanding customer needs and provide practical solutions Build long-term relationships with existing customers Help identify and develop new customer opportunities Communicate clearly and professionally in Korean or Chinese and English Qualification Fluent in Korean or Chinese and English (spoken and written) Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Interest in software, technology, and problem-solving Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or SaaS is a plus, but not required Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. ( US Citizens or Permanent Residents only ) Employment Type: W-2 (Employment position) Pre-Employment Screening Employment with our Company is subject to a satisfactory background check Candidates acknowledge and agree that we may request professional reference, including contacting prior employers, as permitted by law Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Education Bachelor's (Required) Language Korean or Chinese (Required) Join us as a Customer Success Specialist and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming supply chain management through innovative technology!
