NOW HIRING: Customer Service & Warehouse Associate Location: Doral Miami FL 33122 Schedule: Full-Time We are seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish to assist with customer service, order processing, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities Monitor pending orders and follow up on outstanding items. Communicate with customers by phone and email. Assist walk-in customers at the retail counter. Maintain accurate order records and documentation. Help pack, label, and prepare shipments. Occasionally drive a company vehicle for deliveries and pickups. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Approximately 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or order fulfillment. Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including email and order management systems. Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team.
