Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant

Customer Service & Warehouse Associate We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take on new responsibilities as they grow within the role. This position involves a combination of customer service, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations. Roles & Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, purchases, and order fulfillment. Provide professional and timely customer service via phone and email. Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Assist with general warehouse operations, including: Inventory counts and organization Receiving and stocking incoming merchandise Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Support other daily operations and responsibilities as needed. Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Shopify or a willingness to learn the platform and related systems. Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to changing responsibilities, and grow within the position. Preferred Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail. Familiarity with the sporting goods industry. Knowledge of or experience in sports officiating. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Additional Responsibilities & Availability Occasional weekend availability may be required to assist with company open houses, special events, or other business needs.
